78th Independence Day—Commemoration Ceremony Circular 2026: Full Details

The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an official circular regarding the 78th Independence Day Commemoration Ceremony – 2026.

In view of the 78th Independence Day, which will be observed on February 4, 2026, and considering its national importance, the Government has decided to hoist the National Flag for a continuous period of one week, from February 1 to February 7, 2026.

This directive applies to all buildings in which government institutions are maintained.
