Selection Process
Eligible applicants will be shortlisted by the Ministry based on academic merit, including degree GPA and academic publications.
The CSC selection process considers:
- Candidate merit, including academic and leadership experience
- Quality of the proposed study plan
- Potential impact of the applicant’s work on the development of Sri Lanka
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education, Higher Education Division, No. 18, Ward Place, Colombo 07.
