NCoE Technology Kuliyapitiya B.Ed Degree Admission 2026
The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education invites online applications for admission to the National College of Education on Technology in Kuliyapitiya. This intake will select 210 student teachers to follow a four-year Pre-Service Bachelor of Education Degree Course in the English medium, based on the 2024 G.C.E. A/L results.

Eligibility Criteria
- General: Must be an unmarried Sri Lankan citizen of good character and health, aged 25 or under as of January 1, 2026.
- A/L Qualifications: Passed 3 main subjects in one sitting at the 2024 G.C.E. A/L exam.
- O/L Qualifications: Passed 6 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics with at least 3 Credit passes. A pass in English Language or English Literature is compulsory.

Course Perks & Conditions
- Allowances: Lodging and meals worth Rs. 10,500 per month during the residential period, and a Rs. 10,500 monthly allowance during the internship year.
- Bond Agreement: Selected candidates must sign a bond and agreement valued at Rs. 1,500,000.
- Exclusions: Internal state university students, those registered online via UGC, or anyone already appointed/selected as a teacher are not eligible to apply.
