This course is conducted with the objective of training physical fitness instructors who possess the scientific knowledge and practical skills necessary to provide proper guidance on exercise for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases among the Sri Lankan population.
This is conducted in accordance with National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 04, and upon completion of the course, participants will be able to begin their professional careers as physical fitness instructors in a fitness center.
