Colombo, Maharagama, Horana, Kalutara, Negombo, Gampaha, Ratnapura, Badulla, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, Kuliyapitiya, Anuradhapura, Kegalle, Kandy, Batticaloa, Vavuniya, and Jaffna.
Note: Centers will only be actualized if a sufficient volume of applications is received for that specific area. All applicants must select both a first and a second preference center during the application process.

- Online Submission & Attestation: Complete the digital form. Government teachers must route their online applications through their respective Principal, Zonal Director, Divisional Director, or Head of Institution for digital attestation.
- Requirement for New Applicants: Educators applying for the first time must print out a hard copy of their completed online application and mail/deliver it alongside physical copies of their qualification certificates.
- Record Keeping: All applicants are required to download and securely store a personal copy of the finalized application form once official institutional attestation is complete.
