The Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka has officially released the results for both the Open (External) and Limited (Internal) Competitive Examinations conducted in August 2025. These exams are held for recruitment into various key administrative and financial positions within the university system under the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Examinations Included:
- Open (External) Competitive Examination for Recruitment to the Posts of:
- Assistant Secretary / Assistant Registrar
- Assistant Accountant / Assistant Bursar / Assistant Internal Auditor
- Limited (Internal) Competitive Examination for Recruitment to the Posts of:
- Assistant Secretary / Assistant Registrar
- Assistant Accountant / Assistant Bursar / Assistant Internal Auditor
How to Check Your Results Online:
Candidates who sat for these examinations can check their individual performance and marks by following these steps:
- Go to the official examination results web portal: www.results.exams.gov.lk.
- Select the relevant examination from the list.
- Enter your valid Index Number.
- Click on the “View Results” button to load your score.
- It is highly recommended to print your result sheet or take a screenshot for your future reference and interview documentation.
