Important Information for All Applicants

The initial salaries stated in the above salary scales will apply with effect from 01.01.2027 according to Management Services Circular No. 01/2025 dated 25.03.2025.
In addition to the basic salary, employees are entitled to the Government-approved Cost of Living Allowance.
The Commission contributes 12% to EPF and 3% to ETF.
Recruitment will be through a structured interview conducted by a panel appointed by the National Commission on Women.
Drivers will also be required to face a Trade Test.
Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka, of excellent moral character and physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the post and serve in any part of the island.
Certified copies of the Birth Certificate, NIC/Passport and certificates/documents proving educational, professional qualifications and experience should be attached.
The title of the post applied for should be clearly written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
If applying for more than one post, a separate application must be submitted for each post.

Late applications will be rejected.
Any personal influence or canvassing regarding recruitment will result in disqualification.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
The decision of the Board of Commissioners of the National Commission on Women regarding recruitment will be final.
