01. Plant Manager
Basis: Contract Basis – Initially for One Year
Vacancies: 01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern
Qualifications :
Degree in Physical Science / Engineering Mechanical or relevant degree recognized by UGC with one year post-qualifying experience.
OR
NVQ Level 7 certificate in Mechanical / Automobile related field with one year post-qualifying experience.
Experience may be in Public Service, Corporation, Statutory Board, Institution or reputed Private Institution.
Salary: Rs. 81,710 + COL Rs. 17,800 + Professional Allowance Rs. 25,000 + Telephone Allowance Rs. 2,000 + approved allowances.
Age: 22 – 45 years
02. Plant Operator
Vacancies: 01 at Elephant Pass + 01 at Mannar Saltern
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 5 proficiency certificate in Mechanical / Automobile / Machinery Operation or related field.
- Certificate must be issued by an accepted Technical / Vocational Training Institute.
Salary: Rs. 46,960 + COL Rs. 17,800 + approved allowances.
Age: 18 – 45 years
03. Senior Mechanic
Vacancy: 01 Position at Elephant Pass Saltern
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 5 proficiency certificate in Mechanical / Automobile or related field.
- Certificate from accepted Technical / Vocational Training Institute.

04. Sales Officer
Vacancy: 01 Position at Mannar Saltern
Qualifications
- Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, not below NVQ Level 5.
- OR G.C.E. A/L in Commerce Stream with certificate level Marketing / Sales qualification and 03 years relevant experience.

05. Driver
Vacancies: 01 Head Office + 02 Mannar Saltern + 01 Elephant Pass Saltern
Qualifications
- Passed 06 subjects in G.C.E. O/L with at least 02 credit passes in maximum two sittings.
- Heavy vehicle license issued by Commissioner General of Motor Traffic.
- Minimum 03 years driving experience after obtaining license.
Salary: Rs. 40,834 + COL Rs. 17,800 + approved allowances.
