This circular is issued in relation to the implementation of providing free school uniform materials to the students of the government and government-aided schools and the student bhikkhus, seela mathas, and lay students of government-approved pirivenas, and this circular comes into force with effect from 15.01.2026, beyond all the circulars issued previously in this connection.
