Required Documents
Candidates must bring the relevant original documents, including:
- Official interview calling letter.
- B.Sc. Engineering degree certificate or accepted equivalent qualification.
- Academic transcript.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level result sheet.
- Birth certificate.
- NIC, valid passport or valid driving licence.
- Required self-attested A4 photocopies.
- UGC recognition letter for relevant qualifications obtained outside Sri Lankan state universities, where applicable.
- IESL membership confirmation letter for 2025 and 2026, as specified in the official notice.
- Engineers’ Council registration documents confirming validity for 2025 and 2026.
- Grama Niladhari residence and character certificate (DS 04).
- Affidavit where differences in names require clarification.
Photocopy Requirements:
One self-attested copy set of the birth certificate and identification document, and two self-attested copy sets of the degree certificate, academic transcript and O/L results. All copies must be on A4 paper.
