The OUSL invites applications for the MTE postgraduate programme, aimed at professionals in teacher education and school leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualifications (any one):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or
- Bachelor’s Degree + Postgraduate Diploma in Education, or
- Any equivalent/higher qualification accepted by OUSL.
Professional Requirements (currently serving as):
- University academic staff
- Officer in Sri Lanka Teacher Educator Service
- Lecturer at Teacher Training College
- Principal (Govt-approved school – private/international)
- Staff at the National Institute of Education
- In-service teacher advisor (Teacher Centre/Ministry)
- Officer in Educational Administrative Service
Selection: Written test or interview.
