Applications are being accepted for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) (Honors) in Special Needs Education Degree Program (Intake 2025/2026) carried out by the The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL).
Requirements for Entry
- Candidates who have already completed an OUSL Diploma (Levels 3 and 4),

- OR
- With the exception of Levels 3 and 4, candidates who have completed a National Diploma in Teaching (Special Education) from a National College of Education are eligible to apply for admission to Level 5 and then Level 6 of the Bachelor of Education Honors in Special Needs Education Degree program.
