- The goal of the HRM MBA program is to increase HR professionals’ ability to strategically align individuals to work toward an organization’s overarching objectives. HR professionals will be encouraged by this MBA program to expand their industrial experience, broaden their conceptual knowledge, learn new methodologies relevant to the area, and improve their abilities so they may function more efficiently in the HR industry.
- Requirements for Entry
- A minimum of two years of managerial experience and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, OR
- Five years of HRM job experience combined with either the Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka’s (IPM) National Diploma in Human Resource Management or the Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) CEOs having a track record of success in management and five years of experience in their current position, OR
- Any other professional credentials that the OUSL Senate deems appropriate.

- Course Fee
- Total Tuition Fee : Rs.8,000/- per credit . There are 60 credits to complete the Pragramme.
